Job summary

Southern Star is hiring technicians to install and support DISH TV and Starlink products. You’ll start with a base wage of $17 per hour during training, with raises after 60 days and potential commissions that push annual earnings beyond the base range.

In this role you will travel up to 20%, upsell services, and deliver outstanding customer service. The company provides paid training, a 401K plan, life insurance, and a company vehicle after training.

Qualifications

• Requires strong technical knowledge and ability to scale ladders up to 38 ft and access crawl spaces.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% with lodging and per diem covered.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Upsell products and services while installing DISH systems.
• Must have a clear background, drug screen and motor vehicle record.

Job description

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

Schedule

This position requires working 5 days a week, which includes working on holidays. Your designated days off each week will be Sunday and Monday.

Bonus Opportunity

Earn a Trained and Active Bonus of $500.00, half of which you receive at approximately 60 days and the other at approximately 6 months.

Compensation
