Job summary

Southern Star is hiring a customer-focused technician to install DISH systems and upsell products. The role includes travel up to 20% and entails working five days a week, including holidays, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Training includes comprehensive paid programs, 401K, paid time off, life insurance, company vehicle after training, and a monthly device allowance. On-boarding guarantees a base rate with earned incentives and commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to scale ladders up to 38 ft and navigate crawl spaces.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time with lodging and per diem covered.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Upsell products and services during DISH system installations.
• Must pass background, drug screen and MVR.

Job description

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

Schedule

This position requires working 5 days a week, which includes working on holidays. Your designated days off each week will be Sunday and Monday.

Bonus Opportunity

Earn a Trained and Active Bonus of $500.00, half of which you receive at approximately 60 days and the other at approximately 6 months.
