Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a Technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on usage. You’ll work independently with support from a connected team, maintaining a professional presence in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle and travel to customer sites.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift heavy items; comply with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Instruct customers on using the technology and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and work independently while staying connected to the team.
