Job summary

Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation seeks an ITS Field Support in North Carolina to perform installation, road repair, and field service tasks under the Installation & Construction Manager. This hands-on role requires travel to remote locations and outdoor work conditions.

The ITS Field Support will assist technicians, operate hand and power tools, document installation records, and help troubleshoot technical issues from testing through to onsite acceptance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, manual labor or field service.
• Background in road construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Supervisors with road construction and field service tasks.
• Operate hand tools and appropriate power tools for IRD equipment installation.
• Work in outdoor, construction-type environments.
• Support integration of IRD roadside electronics and testing.
• Record installation service work in IRD’s format or via web-based tickets.
• Collaborate with IRD Field Services to troubleshoot issues from testing to on-site acceptance.
