Job summary

Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation's ITS Field Support role involves performing installation, road repair, installation or construction tasks under the direction of the Installation & Construction Manager. This position is based in North Carolina.

Responsibilities include assisting field supervisors with road construction and field service tasks, installing IRD equipment, enabling on-site testing and calibration, documenting work in IRD formats or a web-based ticketing tool, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years in construction, manual labor or field service.
• Road construction background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist field supervisors with road construction and field service tasks.
• Install IRD equipment and perform integration work.
• Document installation work in IRD formats or web-based tickets.
• Troubleshoot technical, design or functional issues from testing to onsite acceptance.
