Job summary

Midco is hiring a Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers. No experience needed; paid training provided and opportunities for career advancement with pay increases and quarterly bonuses.

A company vehicle, clothing, and tools are provided to support your role. You will perform installations, service changes, and troubleshoot networks, ensuring customers receive the best value and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Completion of Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks, including voice, video, and data installations, and service changes for homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to CPE; ensure signal quality and performance.
• Log all work orders and customer interactions; provide clear documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on services and proper use.
• Maintain a clean workspace and operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently.
