Job summary

Midco is seeking a Field Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot services for residential and commercial customers. You will work with cutting-edge technology to ensure customer satisfaction and value in every interaction.

The role offers on-site work with training provided, including hands-on instruction and safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel or work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire and apply principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks, including voice, video, and data installations, and handle service changes at homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from the tap to CPE and ensure optimal signal levels.
• Log all required information on work orders and referrals to ensure customer requests are addressed.
• Mentor and train team members as required and cross-train on additional services.
