Job summary

Phillips 66 is hiring a Field Technician in the Midstream segment, based around Cotulla, Dilley, Carrizo Springs and Pearsall areas. The role involves maintaining and operating equipment, working with hazardous materials and complying with safety protocols.

You will operate independently and with teams, sometimes in remote sites, and be on a robust on-call schedule. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 40% for site support.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Live within 45 minutes of reporting sites.
• Willing to drive up to 40% with company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PLC and HMI equipment, valves and actuators.
• Repair motor control equipment and pumps.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Inspect, calibrate and repair measurement devices.
• Document timesheets, work orders and safety permits.
• Oversee contractors and perform QA/QC duties.
