Job summary

WorldNet Telecommunications Inc. seeks a Repairs Field Technician - Level I to install, configure, repair and support telecom infrastructure at customer sites in Guaynabo and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include wiring, CPE installation, voice services, and basic network testing. The role emphasizes on-site problem diagnosis, adherence to installation standards, and collaboration with engineering and repairs teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with min two years related experience, or equivalent training.
• Experience installing/repairing telephony, data, and VoIP services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers for installation and repairs of wiring and CPE.
• Install and repair voice services such as POTS, Hosted PBX, SIP lines, PRI, DID.
• Install and repair internet and data services and circuits.
• Troubleshoot security appliances including firewall changes and policies.
• Perform tests on core equipment and coordinate with providers.
