Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Technician to install and repair telecom services for business customers across the United States.

You will work with technicians using test equipment to support multiple network designs and advise customers on suitable products and services. The role requires an associate degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent) and 3–4 years of technical/telephony experience or 6+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of technical/telephony experience, or 6+ years related telephony/network operations experience.
• Military experience considered relevant.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair business communications services (telephone, internet, video).
• Operate and test equipment for multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products/services to resolve customers’ needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant; involve pole climbing and ladder use.
• Maintain safe, clean company vehicles and work areas.
• Perform in both indoor and outdoor environments; complete safety training.
