VSC Fire & Security in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking an Integrated Systems Service Technician. This role provides service on multiple integrated systems, troubleshoots issues, and communicates effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience servicing fire alarm, security systems, or camera systems.
• Proficient at following written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Able to maintain productivity in the field and meet service schedules.
• Able to read plans and documents, and discern colors for safety signage.
• Willing to pass background checks and have reliable transportation with a valid State Driver's License.
• Desirable NICET or related certifications and OK licensing for commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and repair fire alarm, security, camera, and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and false alarms.
• Program systems and test for proper operation.
• Consult with clients and provide repair recommendations.
• Follow blueprints and plans to install/service based on layout.
• Be on call as required and document changes.
