Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience servicing fire alarm, security, camera or access control systems.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and repairs fire alarm, security, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions and false alarms to restore operation promptly.
• Programs systems and verifies proper operation with clients.
• Reads blueprints and signs off on wiring, device placement, and configurations.
• Be on call as required and serve as the first point of contact for customers.
