Job summary

VSC Fire & Security is seeking an Integrated Systems Service Technician to deliver safe, efficient service across fire, security, and life-safety systems. You will troubleshoot, program, and test components while maintaining strong communication with clients and ensuring compliance with NEC and NFPA codes.

The role offers field-based work with a company vehicle, laptop, and benefits, plus opportunities for training and advancement. Prior experience and reliable licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience servicing at least one of the listed systems.
• Proficient in following written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and repair security, camera, access control, suppression, and fire alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and false alarms.
• Program multiple types of systems and test for proper operation.
• Consult with clients on issues and provide repair recommendations.
• Explain system function to end users and demonstrate operation.
