Job summary

VSC Fire & Security in Tampa, Florida is seeking an Integrated Systems Service Technician to service and install fire alarm, security, CCTV, access control, and related systems. The role involves troubleshooting faults, testing systems, programming various platforms, and providing on-site consulting to customers.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience servicing at least one or more of the following systems: fire alarm, security systems, camera systems, access control, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and repairs security, camera, access control, suppression, and fire alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions and false alarms.
• Program multiple types of systems and test for proper operation.
• Consults with client on system issues; provides recommendations for repair.
• Be on call as required.
