Job summary

Midco is seeking a Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers. You will perform voice, video, and data installations, service changes, and on-site support in Spearfish, SD and nearby areas.

Responsibilities include evaluating site feasibility, problem-solving network issues, mentoring teammates, and upholding safety standards while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; DUI in the past five years disqualifies.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire and apply principles consistently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and comprehensive evaluations of commercial properties for service feasibility.
• Perform installation tasks including voice, video, and data installations and service changes/disconnects for homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from the tap to CPE, resolve signal issues for TV sets.
• Act as liaison between Field Operations and Business Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote Midco services and educate customers on use and additional services.
