Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Perform voice, video, and data installations and service changes.
• Troubleshoot from tap to CPE and fix signal issues.
• Log work orders and document customer interactions.
• Mentor others and cross-train on services.
• Adhere to safety rules and operate company vehicle safely.
