Job summary

TTI Environmental, Inc. is seeking a full-time Field Technician for its Industrial Hygiene Division in Moorestown, NJ. Qualifications

• EPA/AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector accreditation preferred.
• Lead licenses preferred.
• Knowledge of general building mechanical systems and building construction.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and on-site monitoring for asbestos, mold, lead paint, and indoor air quality.
• Conduct detailed surveys for asbestos, lead-based paint, right-to-know, and mold.
• Perform air monitoring and contractor oversight during asbestos abatement projects.
• Maintain, operate, and calibrate sampling and monitoring equipment.
• Prepare technical reports and interpret analytical data.
• Manage time effectively and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Work under direction of a project manager on varying complexity assignments.
