TeleWorld Solutions Inc is seeking a Field Technician II to join our field operations team in California. In this entry-level role, you will install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment and infrastructure at customer sites, working with senior technicians and engineers to ensure network performance and customer satisfaction.

You will follow safety protocols, document activities, and communicate with customers during service calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate degree is a plus.
• 2-5 years of telecom field experience with XCAL and CW testing.
• Basic understanding of cabling, routers, switches, and telecom installation work.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, travel to job sites, and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up telecommunications equipment at customer sites and network facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on telecom infrastructure.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with telecom equipment and networks with senior technicians.
• Test installed systems to verify functionality and quality and ensure safety standards.
• Communicate with customers during service calls and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
