Responsibilities

• Install telecom equipment, including cables, routers, switches, at customer sites and facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on telecom infrastructure.
• Identify and troubleshoot telecom equipment and networks with senior technicians.
• Conduct tests on installed systems to verify functionality and quality.
• Communicate with customers during service calls and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards on-site.
