Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated Field Technician II to join our field operations team. In this entry-type role, you will install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment and infrastructure at customer sites and network facilities.

You will work with senior technicians to ensure network performance and customer satisfaction, while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. This position requires physical ability and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience with XCAL and CW testing or CW TX/spectrum analyzer experience.
Basic understanding of telecom systems including cabling, routers, and switches.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install telecom equipment and set up at customer sites and network facilities.
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs ensuring equipment operates per standards.
Troubleshoot issues with telecom equipment and networks with senior technicians.
Test installed and repaired systems to verify functionality and ensure safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
