Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a motivated Field Technician II to join our field operations team. In this role you will install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment at customer sites and network facilities, working with senior techs to ensure network performance and customer satisfaction.

Candidates typically have 2-5 years of experience with XCAL and CW testing, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Travel to job sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate degree are a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience with XCAL and CW testing; CW TX and spectrum analyzer experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of telecom cabling, routers and switches; strong troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up telecom equipment at customer sites and network facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues; work with senior techs on complex problems.
• Test installed systems and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Document installations, repairs, and maintenance activities clearly.
