Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a motivated Field Technician II to join our field operations team. This entry-level role focuses on installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure at customer sites and network facilities.

You will work closely with senior technicians and engineers to ensure network performance and customer satisfaction, gaining hands-on experience across cabling, routers, switches, and safety protocols while advancing within a growing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate degree is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience with XCAL; CW testing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of telecom systems, cabling, routers, and switches.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install telecom equipment at customer sites and network facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on telecom infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot telecom equipment and networks with senior technicians.
• Test installed systems to verify functionality and performance.
• Interact with customers and provide service updates.
• Maintain accurate installation and repair documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on-site.
