Responsibilities

• Installation and Setup: Install telecom equipment at customer sites and network facilities.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on telecom infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting: Identify issues and work with senior techs to resolve them.
• Testing and QA: Conduct tests to verify functionality and safety standards.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate updates and maintain professionalism on service calls.
