Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on field service experience in power systems and mission-critical environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to travel to customer sites within service region.
• OSHA training or certification preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for equipment installations and startups; perform low-voltage cabling and raised/access flooring.
• Maintain time tracking, service records, and on-site inventory; collaborate with other technicians.
• Adhere to safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and industry standards; participate in safety training.
