Job summary

UES is seeking a Field Technician to perform field testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt, and to collect samples for laboratory analysis. You will operate field equipment, document results, and communicate findings to project teams on-site.

Candidates must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, follow strict protocols, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record. Relocation is not offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing of soil, aggregate, concrete, asphalt and other materials.
• Collect and prepare samples for laboratory analysis.
• Conduct density testing using nuclear gauge and other methods.
• Perform concrete field testing and record test results promptly.
• Operate and maintain field testing equipment according to standards.
• Communicate findings with project managers and site personnel.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies on-site.
• Assist in geotechnical drilling and subsurface investigations if required.
