Electric Power Systems seeks a Field Technician II to perform testing, inspection, and maintenance of substation electrical equipment with increasing independence. You will troubleshoot issues, support complex field activities, and uphold strong safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include testing high, medium, and low voltage equipment, inspecting breakers, transformers, switchgear, and control systems, and documenting work in project records.

Formación

• Pre-employment drug screen required for safety-sensitive role.
• Criminal background check completed satisfactorily.
• Overtime and travel to job sites required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Test high, medium, and low voltage equipment with limited supervision.
• Inspect and maintain breakers, transformers, instrument transformers, switchgear.
• Troubleshoot issues using schematics and manuals; escalate as needed.
• Perform routine/ corrective maintenance and adjust components.
• Document testing and maintenance per project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians on field activities.
• Maintain tools and work areas to meet safety standards.
