Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training is a plus.
• 0–3 years of field-based outdoor experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• OSHA safety training and PPE familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates to verify specs.
• Collect, label, and transport samples to laboratories for testing.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure accuracy of results.
• Prepare detailed test reports, logs, and presentations for project managers.
• Communicate status updates with dispatch, supervisors, and clients.
• Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations on site.
• Travel to multiple job sites and support field teams as needed.
