Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training a plus.
• 0-3 years of field-based outdoor experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles.
• OSHA safety standards and PPE knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates to verify compliance with specs and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, label, and transport samples from job sites to laboratories.
• Prepare detailed reports and logs of test results for project managers.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functional.
