• Repair copper and fiber issues; perform prework for installations.
• Pull, run, and terminate cables (Cat5, coaxial, twisted pair, optical fiber).
• Troubleshoot service issues using test equipment; resolve Layer 1 problems.
• On-call duties; safety-sensitive environment; ensure customer satisfaction.
