Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or coursework in construction, engineering, geology, or related field is a plus.
• 0-3 years of field-based outdoor experience preferred in construction, materials testing, geotech, or related industry.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Properly collect, label, and transport samples from job sites to laboratories for testing and analysis.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper maintenance per guidelines.
• Prepare detailed reports and logs of test results and submit to project managers.
• Communicate field findings and status updates to dispatch, field supervisors, and project managers.
