Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training is a plus.
• 0-3 years in outdoor/field roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Opportunity to obtain industry certifications such as ACI Level 1 Concrete Testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials.
• Collect, label, and transport samples to laboratories.
• Prepare detailed test reports and ensure timely submission to managers.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and safety.
• Document observations and site conditions accurately in reports and logs.
• Communicate with dispatch, field supervisors, and project managers.
