Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training a plus.
• 0–3 years of field-based outdoor or physically demanding work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• OSHA safety compliance and PPE knowledge.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and field data collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates.
• Collect, label, and transport samples to laboratories for testing.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate logs of results.
• Ensure testing equipment is maintained and calibrated.
• Communicate new findings to project managers and field teams.
• Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations on site.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle and schedule routine maintenance.
• Travel to job sites and adapt to changing project needs.
