Job summary

Orkin is seeking a TC Pro (Termite Pro/Home Services Technician) to perform essential home service installations across rooftops to crawl spaces, following a scheduled route with safety at the forefront.

Starting pay is USD $20–$22 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for raises and promotions. The role offers a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career growth within a trusted national service provider.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Compliance with state/local laws.
• Must meet physical requirements and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as Attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, Gutter protection systems and Radiant heat barriers
• Complete all required service-related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
• Perform duties in all weather conditions
