Job summary

AT&T is seeking Installation Technicians to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes and small businesses in Georgia. You will work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily and solving problems to elevate the customer experience.

Expect a flexible schedule, OT opportunities, and a robust benefits package. Training is provided to help you grow within AT&T’s network operations team.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid state driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights.
• Identify wire and cable colors accurately.
• Willingness to work OT, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Customer-facing installation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes or businesses.
• Serve as a trusted expert, solving problems and delivering great service.
• Meet new customers daily and provide seamless installations and on-site support.
• Work independently while following safety protocols and company procedures.
