Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, disconnect, and troubleshoot TV, internet, telephony, and automation systems for residential and business clients.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of the HFC and FTTH networks per standards.
• Read and interpret system/network design maps.
• Install and replace HFC plant components per specifications.
• Identify and repair upstream and downstream ingress.
• Complete end-of-line network testing to meet technical specifications.
• Test HFC components using meters such as OTDR, TDR, and other test gear.
• Perform routine maintenance and update records for standby power supplies.
• Troubleshoot and repair RF, AC, and DC distribution issues.
• Restore system service outages.
• Operate to company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Interact with customers professionally and promote services.
