Concentric, LLC is seeking a Field-Service Technician for Critical Power/Data Center services to install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot UPS systems, batteries, switchgear, PDUs, and other critical equipment.

The role is a field-service position with >50% travel, including overnight/out-of-state work, reporting to Regional Service Manager. Requires electronics background, valid driver license, and safety/compliance awareness.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certification in electronics or electrical curriculum through a technical college or military training program.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and safely use test equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and meet driving requirements.

• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and completing required training.
• Perform preventive maintenance, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.
• Diagnose electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Read schematics and one-line diagrams; follow MOPs and OEM procedures.
• Safely use electrical and battery test equipment.
• Document service work and communicate findings to customers.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
