Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service experience with UPS, switchgear, or power distribution equipment.
• Experience in data centers, healthcare facilities, or utilities is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and willingness to travel Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service projects at customer sites.
• Install, commission, calibrate, maintain, and repair UPS and MV/LV equipment.
• Troubleshoot switchgear, transformers, and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service to minimize downtime.
• Prepare detailed service reports and communicate with customers.
