Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to provide onsite technical support within a designated geographic area. The role requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
This technician will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain printers, kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware and software, coordinating with Level II or Lead Technicians as needed for timely resolutions.

Candidates should possess reliable transportation, clean MVR, and a valid driver’s license.
This Technician will serve as the primary onsite contact for technical and service-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware / software. Collaboration with Level II or Lead Technicians may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. This tech will be dispatched to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain multiple devices, from Network Multi-function devices to large format printers, and related photo lab equipment, along with the supported infrastructure and equipment installations.
The hourly rate for this position is between $22.00 - $32.00 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
