Job summary

Recovery Monitoring Solutions LLC in the United States is seeking personnel to service and manage field installations for monitored participants. The role acts as a liaison with courts and agencies within the assigned geographic area, providing local support and training to area courts and agencies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include installing and deactivating devices, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining devices, scheduling follow ups, and documenting information in the system.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in criminal justice or customer service preferred.
• Must have a good MVR and an up to date driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and thorough customer service to participants, supervision officers and senior court/county officials.
• Install (office or jail) and deactivate technology devices on monitored participants.
• Process incoming/outgoing calls to troubleshoot equipment abnormalities.
• Perform device maintenance (replacement or adjustment).
• Schedule and conduct follow up appointments with courts and agencies in the area.
• Document all pertinent information electronically in monitoring system database.
• Maintain cleanliness of inactive equipment.
• Review participant fee accounts and process payments.
• Represent the company at local events/conferences when assigned.
