Akkodis is seeking a Field Technician with HP Indigo exp for a 12 Months contract position with a client located in Cincinnati, OH (45249). Ideally looking for applicants with a strong working knowledge or familiarity with providing mechanical and electrical support on-site. Electro Mechanical troubleshooting & HP Indigo exp comes as a plus.

Job Title : Field Technician with HP Indigo exp

Duration : 12 Months

Pay Range: $22.29/hr - $29.18/hr on W2 (without benefits), the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Description:

Preferred location is Cincinnati, OH but will also consider candidates in or nearby cities.

This is a Field Service position with daily travel in the greater Cincinnati, OH regular part of the daily work week. Overnight stays may be required on short notice in KY or OH. Planned travel out of the area may be required several times a year.
Knowledge and expertise on HP-Indigo digital presses technology preferred.
Minimum Vocational/Diploma / Associate Degree (technical field with 3+ years field service experience).
Handle Customer-relation problems promptly and appropriately, provide guidance, escalate issues according to established procedures.
Provide mechanical and electrical support on-site.
Customer facing communication, Internal communication.
Deliver services to large enterprise, complex or corporate accounts.
Use proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify problem prevention opportunities.
Experience with support of full range of HP commercial and industrial large mass volume digital printers products.

Knowledge/Skills:

Strong mechanical technical and communication kills and ability to improvise.
Strong Customer relationship skills & ability to manage complex Customer problems.
Good teamwork with peers and HP personnel.
Schedule and participate in on-site account support meetings both internal and external.
Extensive travel for training (8+ weeks in the 1st year), periodic travel for training for 1 – 3 weeks at a time in following years.
