The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing Lorenz Pan palletizing systems at customer sites in and around Charlotte, NC. This full-time, on-site role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues, performing scheduled and preventive maintenance, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The technician will read and interpret technical drawings and documentation, configure system parameters, and support upgrades or modifications to meet customer needs. The role also includes training customer personnel on proper operation and basic maintenance, documenting service activities, and providing clear feedback to engineering and service teams. Regular interaction with customers, travel to local and regional sites, and adherence to safety and quality standards are key components of the position.
