Job summary

RoyPow USA is seeking a Field Technician to join our team. You will provide on-site technical support and training to customers experiencing lithium battery issues, and assist with installation and maintenance as needed.

Requirements include at least 1 year in technical support or hardware repair, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, willingness to travel within the US (expenses covered), and preferred bilingual English/Chinese.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel within the US; all expenses covered.
• Some technical support experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with lithium batteries (Preferred).
• Associates degree in a related field (Preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Preferred).

Job Duties

• Providing technical on-site support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical support requests.
• Assisting with product installation and maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• Must be willing to travel within the US (all expenses will be Covered by the Company)
