Job summary

You will diagnose issues, coordinate with customers and vendors, and document service activities to improve reliability and performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4–6+ years of field experience, with willingness to travel regularly and work on-site at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 4–6+ years of field engineering experience installing, commissioning, and supporting systems.
• Experience with technical systems, networked equipment, or industrial infrastructure in field environments.
• Strong diagnostic, system integration, and commissioning knowledge.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by analyzing system behavior and root causes.
• Serve as primary technical contact at sites, coordinating installation with customers and vendors.
• Review site plans and specs while following SOPs and safety protocols.
• Document service activities, provide technical reports, and coordinate upgrades.
