Job summary

LUFKIN US Acquisitions Company LLC is seeking an on-site field technician to diagnose, install, maintain, and train clients on electrical systems and related hardware and software. You will travel to client sites, coordinate with remote teams, and ensure systems operate correctly after deployment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and communicate with end-users.
• Install and set up hardware, software, and systems at client sites, configure devices and networks.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair or replace failed components; train onsite personnel on testing and repair processes.
• Provide customer support and training; develop user guides and conduct training sessions.
