Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on products, processes, and performance.
• Develop understanding of product portfolio and end markets.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Conduct onsite visits, trials, and evaluations with customers.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations.
• Support sales teams and assist in new opportunities.
