Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Site Technical Services Representative to provide on-site product and application support, answer technical questions, and liaise between technical, sales and operations. The role requires travel about 20% and involves troubleshooting, training customers, and coordinating service needs across departments.

You will support customers with color matching equipment, participate in product demonstrations, and contribute to resolving quality issues while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year coatings experience.
• Must have at least one year Salesforce or other CRM.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer product, equipment and service expectations are met.
• Help achieve or exceed sales goals and increase gallon growth.
• Train customers on color matching equipment and development of colors.
• Coordinate technical service issues between SHW facilities, sales reps and product service room.
• Troubleshoot product quality issues and provide solutions.
• Be available to interact with and support customers, including taking customer calls.
