Job summary

Element Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer with strong chemistry knowledge to support customers across PCB manufacturing processes. You will deliver on-site process expertise, perform audits, and implement chemical changes while collaborating with territory teams.

The role requires travel within the assigned territory and North America Eastern Region, leveraging Six Sigma knowledge where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field is required or preferred.
• Strong understanding of chemistry and chemical interactions within PCB manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and periodically to North America Eastern Region.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with on-site process expertise and chemical-change implementation for PCB manufacturing.
• Perform health checks and process audits at customer sites and generate reports for end users.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process problems and provide hands-on support to optimize customer manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to plant and corporate safety policies and coordinate with Account Manager and Business Director.
