ACM Chemistries, Inc. is seeking a field-based Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across the Southwest.

This high-impact role requires clear communication, real-time problem solving, and the ability to build trust on the plant floor. You will serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts, troubleshoot production challenges on-site, lead field trials, calibrate dispensing equipment, and deliver on-site training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays; overnight travel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize product performance on-site.
• Lead and monitor field trials.
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Build relationships with plant managers and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand product utilization.
• Deliver in-person training presentations for customers at their locations.
