ATMU is a hands-on Technical Service Engineer role focused on equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer-facing technical support. The position collaborates with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful setup, testing, and performance of high-tech equipment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset, with willingness to travel locally and work onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong English communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, commissioning, testing.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic repair activities.
• Document service reports and technical findings.
• Coordinate corrective actions with customers and internal teams.
• Support customer training and equipment handover.
• Communicate status and updates clearly.
