Job summary

Pride Global is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for complex electro‑mechanical and electronic equipment at customer sites. The role will travel to customer sites across Chandler/Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; and Tualatin, OR, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to read schematics and manuals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related technical field.
Experience with installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of complex equipment systems.
Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and manuals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for customer projects.
Flexibility for overtime or on-call support.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and startup services for complex equipment.
Troubleshoot issues to component level and minimize downtime.
Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis to resolve malfunctions.
Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and relocations.
Maintain service documentation and maintenance records.
Coordinate service activities with customers and internal teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed.
Engage in ongoing training and certification programs.
